Tara and Scott, a husband and wife team, were working in corporate jobs with a convenience retail chain when they realized they wanted to pursue something they truly loved. Animals had always been an integral part of their lives, so they decided to combine their expertise and love for pets to create a unique and inviting space that helps paw-rents become the best and most knowledgeable they can be.

In our stores, you'll be warmly greeted by Molly, our lovable Chocolate Lab. She is our official greeter, always excited to welcome guests with a wagging tail and a friendly smile. Sadie, our mixed breed rescue, is working hard to overcome her shyness and become more confident with our guests and their pets. And let's not forget about Oliver, our energetic Yellow Lab puppy, who adores everyone and can't wait to make new puppy friends.

Scott, with over 20 years of experience, is the heart and soul of our saltwater department. His expertise in the saltwater hobby is unparalleled. He finds joy in watching corals thrive and ensuring they have the most pristine conditions. Scott is always ready to assist customers in setting up new tanks and providing guidance on caring for their current setups.

Tara's passion lies in dogs. On their days off, Tara and Scott love taking their own dogs on exciting adventures, discovering new places together. Their firsthand experiences and knowledge of dog care inspire them to provide the best products and guidance to fellow dog lovers.

We take pride in our dedicated staff members who share our love for animals and commitment to exceptional customer service. Our team regularly undergoes trainings on the brands we carry to ensure we provide accurate information and the latest industry insights. We also prioritize professional development and team bonding, closing our stores once per quarter to enhance our knowledge and strengthen our bond as a team.

Community involvement is close to our hearts. Through our "Sharing the Love" program, we offer free products to any pet parent who rescues an animal. We actively collaborate with local rescues for events and donation drives to support the welfare of animals in need.
