1 Newfound Pet Center - FAQs

1.1 What are your store hours?

Our store hours are 10am-6pm daily at our Bristol and Franklin locations.

Our Meredith location is open 10-6pm Saturday & Sunday, as well as 2pm-6pm Monday-Friday.

The NH Humane Society location is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12pm-4pm.

Please note that we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. If there are any modifications to our hours for other holidays, we post updates on our social media pages to keep you informed. Thank you for choosing Newfound Pet Center!

1.2 Are your stores pet friendly?

Our Bristol, Franklin, and Meredith locations are all pet friendly. We do ask that dogs be leashed and that all other animals either be leashed or in carriers. We can't wait to meet your pets!

1.3 What types of pets do you cater to?

We offer a wide range of pet supplies for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and fish. Additionally, we have live reptiles, amphibians, and small animals available at our store. We're here to help you care for pets of all kinds!

1.4 Do you offer pet grooming services?

We have a self-wash tub available for pets. We include the tub, dryer, aprons, two towels, Earthbath shampoo, and Earthbath conditioner for $20 per 45 minute time-slot. You can book online at newfoundpet.com or we do accept walk-ins when tubs are not booked.

1.5 Are you involved in any local pet adoption events or partnerships?

At Newfound Pet Center, we pride ourselves on our strong partnerships with local rescues and shelters, fostering a community dedicated to the well-being of pets.

For instance, we have forged a close relationship with the Franklin Animal Shelter, where we actively participate in our Sharing the Love program. Through this initiative, new pet adopters receive exclusive coupons redeemable for a range of essential supplies, including kibble, raw food, supplements, treats, and wet food. Moreover, our Bristol, Franklin, and Meredith stores host donation bins, supporting the Franklin Animal Shelter's ongoing efforts.

Furthermore, we've established a meaningful partnership with the New Hampshire Humane Society, enabling us to operate a retail location onsite.
